Talent Management and Partnerships Leader

Role Overview
The Talent Management and Partnerships Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing our talent management strategy across our site. This includes identifying and developing future leaders, improving diversity and inclusion, and enhancing employee value propositions.
You will work closely with our leadership teams to identify areas impacting business performance and develop initiatives to address these challenges. Your responsibilities will also include providing coaching support to our management team on people-related matters and leading resolution of complex employee relations matters in partnership with site senior management.
