Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Team Leader to join our team in Carlisle. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Retail Assistants and driving sales growth through commercial awareness and talent development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Retail Assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store
  • Responsible for commercial planning, stock management, planograms, and visual merchandising
  • Organise and motivate your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

About the Role
