Job Summary

We are seeking a Safety and Security Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will assist and support the Lead Health & Safety Advisers/Local Security Management Specialist by coordinating and implementing activities to enable the Trust to meet its responsibilities for health and safety, and security management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing professional advice on all Health Safety and Security issues;
  • Supporting Divisional Managers and other Senior Managers in implementing health and safety, security management activities within their service areas;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working in a healthcare setting and hold relevant qualifications such as IOSH certification. You will also need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels within the organisation.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £54,000 per annum, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
