Community Housing Service Officer

We are seeking an experienced Community Housing Service Officer to join our team at Home Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and protecting our income through the collection of Former Tenant Arrears, arrears Case Management and administration tasks around Universal Credit.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,464 per annum, along with a range of benefits including 34 days annual leave, Health Cash Plan and over 800 high street discounts.
The ideal candidate will have a real passion for delivering excellent customer service, be a collaborator and have a sound understanding of maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
