Community Mental Health Worker

The Community Mental Health Worker will play a vital role in delivering high quality community mental health care and treatment in North Cumbria West. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience of working in a clinical setting.
This role involves supporting the care team to implement and evaluate care plans, as well as supporting the running of treatment clinics and maintaining accurate electronic health records. The salary for this role is £25,000 - £31,528 per annum, reflecting the importance of the role in delivering high quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities and Requirements- Experience of working in a clinical setting and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the care team to implement and evaluate care plans.
- Support the running of treatment clinics, including phlebotomy and physical health checks.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records of any treatment interventions completed.
