Male Support Worker Role at Gray Healthcare Ltd
Gray Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly skilled male support worker to join our team in providing support to an individual living independently in the Barrow-in-Furness area.
The ideal candidate will have experience in social care, ideally within mental health, and must be able to work effectively with an individual who has a diagnosis of Paranoid Schizophrenia and Learning Disabilities.
Key Requirements:- Social care experience, preferably within mental health.
- Ability to implement detailed care plans and risk assessments.
- Experience working with individuals who require ongoing support due to challenging behaviors.
- Current Right to Work in the UK and a minimum of 6 months' employment history in the UK.
