Mental Health and Disability Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Carlisle, providing person-centred care and support to individuals with disabilities and mental health needs.

The estimated hourly rate for this position is £47, available for 20 hours per week.
About the RoleAs a Disability and Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support, including personal care, medication management, and community access.
Requirements- A valid driving license is essential for this role.
- An enhanced DBS check with an Adults Barred List check is required due to the nature of the work.
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a community setting, often outdoors, and may require travel between locations.
