Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at one of our 24-hour supported living services. The role involves providing care and support to seven adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends. Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs is desirable, but not essential. We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
- To assist with daily tasks and activities promoting independence and well-being
- To maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of person-centred plans
Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum
