About the Role
This varied and challenging role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, such as supporting them with food, drink, and following their care plans. You will also spend one-on-one time with residents, creating great moments and memories. As a Care Assistant, you could be doing anything from supporting residents with their personal care needs to ensuring that each of our residents has meaningful interactions and social connections.

Requirements
To join us as a Care Assistant, you will need some experience in caring for older people, a positive and can-do attitude, and strong communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you'll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
