Mental Health Night Support Worker

As a Support Worker with Northern Healthcare, you will be an integral part of our mental health support network within the local community.
Main Responsibilities- Support residents with daily living tasks to maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Assist with budgeting, domestic duties, and meal preparation to promote self-sufficiency.
- Aid service users with grocery shopping and routine appointments to ensure seamless care.
- Help service users manage prescribed medication in a safe and responsible manner.
- Foster active participation in local community activities, including outings and leisure pursuits.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is highly desirable.
- Relevant work experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role is essential.
- Certifications such as the Care Certificate, behaviour support, and first aid are necessary.

Compensation and Benefits- The competitive hourly rate for this position is £11.60 per hour.
