About the Role

As our Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of simplehuman EMEA's Amazon presence. This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace and a proven track record of developing and executing effective strategies to grow business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Amazon Strategies: Create and execute plans to increase sales, improve product visibility, and enhance the overall Amazon shopping experience for simplehuman EMEA.
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central: Oversee the day-to-day management of our Amazon seller and vendor accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and procedures.
  • Optimize Product Listings and Merchandising: Work closely with our product team to ensure accurate and compelling product listings, and develop merchandising plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction, and use data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our global Amazon manager, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of Amazon strategies.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships with Amazon Partners: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon partners, including account managers, customer service teams, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong Amazon Experience: Proven track record of success in Amazon account management, sales, or marketing.
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to drive business growth.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central: Proven experience with Amazon's seller and vendor platforms, including product listing management, order management, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with Amazon Ads: Familiarity with Amazon's advertising platforms, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Bachelor's Degree (2:1 or Higher): Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
