Role Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated E-commerce Operations Manager to enhance Paladone's omni-channel online presence. This role is crucial for overseeing daily E-commerce and Amazon operations, including product listings, content enhancement, inventory management, and appeals across various global marketplaces.

This position will report directly to the Head of E-commerce and will include management responsibilities for the E-commerce Merchandisers and Coordinators, requiring on-site presence for 3 days each week.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Marketplace Oversight

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and other platforms based on input from the E-commerce Sales team, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ongoing listing optimization in collaboration with creative and marketing teams.
  • Oversee Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Address issues related to account health, performance notifications, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with the E-commerce Sales team to identify opportunities based on performance metrics.
  • Assist in training internal teams on the use of a ticketing system.

Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination

  • Ensure timely processing of orders and stock shipments in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Work with product development, supply chain, and forecasting teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Enhance forecasting accuracy.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team with varying levels of E-commerce expertise.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Adjust and refine existing SOPs to align with Paladone workflows.
  • Monitor adherence to SOPs by reviewing completed cases from the Amazon team.

Brand Protection Initiatives

  • Collaborate with the licensing team to issue takedown requests for counterfeit products infringing on our or our licensors' intellectual property.

Market Expansion Strategies

  • Assist in developing new SOPs as we introduce products into new countries and marketplaces.

Policy Compliance Management

  • Stay informed about Amazon's policies and guidelines, ensuring Paladone's actions are compliant with platform regulations.
  • Advise on proactive measures to minimize future compliance issues.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in E-commerce and Operations Management.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Strong accountability and commitment to delivering results.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
