Role Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated E-commerce Operations Manager to enhance Paladone's omni-channel e-commerce presence. This role is essential for managing daily E-commerce and Amazon operations, including product listings, content enhancements, inventory management, and appeals across various global marketplaces.

This position reports to the Head of E-Commerce and includes line management responsibilities for E-Commerce Merchandisers and Coordinators. The role requires on-site presence for three days each week.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Marketplace Oversight

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and other platforms based on input from the E-commerce Sales team, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ongoing listing optimization in collaboration with creative and marketing teams.
  • Oversee Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central operations, including order fulfillment, inventory oversight, and customer service.
  • Address issues related to account health, performance notifications, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the E-commerce Sales team to identify opportunities based on performance metrics.
  • Assist in training internal teams on the use of a ticketing system.

Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination

  • Ensure timely processing of orders and shipping of stock in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Work with product development, supply chain, and forecasting teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Enhance forecasting accuracy.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team with varying levels of E-commerce experience.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Adjust and refine existing SOPs to align with Paladone workflows.
  • Monitor adherence to SOPs by reviewing completed cases from the Amazon team.

Brand Protection Initiatives

  • Collaborate with the licensing team to issue takedown requests for counterfeit products infringing on our or our licensors' intellectual property.

Market Expansion Strategies

  • Assist in developing new SOPs as we introduce products into new countries and marketplaces.

Compliance with Policies

  • Stay informed about Amazon's policies and guidelines, ensuring that Paladone's actions comply with platform regulations.
  • Provide advice on proactive measures to minimize future compliance issues.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in E-commerce and Operations Management.
  • At least two years in a similar role.
  • Strong accountability and commitment to delivering results.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving targets.
  • Experience in project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon and Walmart platforms.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the E-commerce landscape and international marketplaces.
