Ecommerce Director

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Director to lead our digital commerce team at JTX Fitness, a leading B2C ecommerce brand.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams, driving business growth through strategic ecommerce initiatives, and collaborating closely with the MD to shape the company's long-term commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
• Lead and manage a team of ecommerce professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver their best work and develop new skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize ecommerce initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Implement test-first approaches to new activities, leveraging data and analytics to optimize spend and drive ROI
• Work closely with the MD to shape the company's long-term commercial strategy, ensuring ecommerce is a key driver of growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing ecommerce teams
• Strong understanding of ecommerce strategies, including customer engagement, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven decision making
• Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations
• Experience with test-first approaches to new activities, leveraging data and analytics to optimize spend and drive ROI
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
