Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ecommerce leader to join our team as a Head of Ecommerce. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our ecommerce strategy to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of ecommerce professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
• Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to increase online revenue and improve customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze ecommerce metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure JTX Fitness remains competitive in the ecommerce market.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in ecommerce leadership, with a track record of driving growth and revenue.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, tools, and technologies, with experience in implementing and optimizing ecommerce solutions.
