We are seeking an experienced Data Centre Operations Director to lead our data centre operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources and stakeholders.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that project designs and installations meet client specifications and statutory requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing structured cabling and/or data centre infrastructure projects, with excellent leadership and team management skills. You will also have strong client relationship and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage budgets and ensure profitability.

We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including opportunities to work on diverse, high-impact projects and a supportive team environment.
