Corporate Partnerships Manager

At the National Trust for Scotland, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our Fundraising team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our corporate fundraising strategy, building strong relationships with corporate partners, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Corporate Fundraising Strategy: Work closely with the Head of Fundraising to develop and implement a comprehensive corporate fundraising strategy, identifying new partnership opportunities and managing existing relationships to achieve targets.
  • Build and Maintain Corporate Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, understanding their strategic priorities and key drivers to deliver enhanced relationship and outcomes.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify new corporate partnership opportunities, staying up-to-date with CSR/Corporate Responsibility issues and professional fundraising associations.
  • Funding Proposals and Concepts: Develop detailed, compelling, and relevant funding proposals and concepts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Stewardship and Engagement: Devise and deliver high-quality stewardship and engagement programmes for corporate partners, using organisational networks and opportunities to optimise success.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on fundraising results in the Corporate field, measuring, managing, and reporting performance using agreed performance measures.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with procurement, project, and operations teams to ensure their capacity to approach prospects is maximised and they are kept fully up-to-date with our fundraising plans.
  • Financial Management: Manage income from corporate supporters, ensuring donations are correctly allocated, funds drawn-down, and spent to agreed timescales, progress, and final impact reports sent to donors.
