About the Role

Schroders Personal Wealth aims to improve the way financial advice is offered by making it more affordable, accessible and powerful for more people.

We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Lead to join our team on a maternity cover basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing reward strategies that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement reward strategies that support the achievement of business goals
  • Manage performance-related pay and conduct market benchmarking
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and our Remuneration Policy
  • Design and develop remuneration policies and processes to support our business strategy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing reward strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum
  • 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
