Become a Business Development Representative with Utility Bidder

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential business customers, generating new leads, and building strong relationships through effective communication and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential business customers via various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking
  • Generate and qualify leads, transforming prospects into loyal customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process
  • Meet and exceed targets, driving growth and success for our company

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or business development roles, preferably in B2B environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in sales

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: £22,385 per annum
  • Uncapped commission: up to £40,000 per annum (OTE)
  • Guaranteed commission for the first 6 months: £250 gross per month
