As a Trainee Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to our partner and advisers, managing our CRM database, and ensuring the back office system is up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide back-office support to our financial planning partners
  • Manage our CRM database
  • Ensure the back office system is up-to-date
  • Provide additional support to our partner as needed

Requirements:

  • Keen to start work in the financial services industry
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 and ability to navigate bespoke software
  • Good time management and planning skills

Salary:** £25,000 per annum (estimated)

Working Hours:** Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch

Holiday Entitlement:** 20 days (plus 2 extra days over Christmas)
