Care Support Specialist

FitzRoy Supported Living Care service in Thorpe St Andrews provides care and support for individuals with learning and physical disabilities. We are seeking exceptional support workers to join our team.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £11.85 per hour, with a 10% weekend enhancement, and overtime paid at £2.50 extra per hour.
Job Description: The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide person-centered care and support to residents, enabling them to lead independent lives. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support, promoting the well-being and dignity of each individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintaining accurate records of resident's needs and preferences.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a patient attitude. You will also require a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
