Care Support Specialist

At Norse Care, we're looking for a dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team at Bishop Herbert House in Norwich. This is a casual role that offers excellent career progression opportunities and the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
The estimated salary for this position is around £12.60 per hour (days) + enhancements.
As a Care Support Specialist, you'll assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices and promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.
Working as part of a team, you'll build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
You'll respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
