Customer Support Specialist

A Customer Support Specialist is required to work with our team at Austin Fraser in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity to assist the Conveyancing Department in securing new business and delivering excellent client support.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for conveyancing clients, handling enquiries via various communication channels. They will build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, mortgage advisors, and other external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role, ideally within the legal or property sector, is essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to high-quality client care.
