We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our EMEA team, specifically focusing on the German market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and establish contact through cold calling, email outreach, and other means.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external leads to build pipelines and client relationships.
  • Partner with our B2B Marketing teams to develop pitch decks that align the brand value proposition with the prospect's interests and capabilities.
  • Lead and manage negotiations of deal terms, taking full ownership of the sales process.
  • Develop new business and generate sales as an individual contributor with prominent brands.
  • Stay up-to-date with Student Beans' offerings to become a subject matter expert.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Development Management or a similar role.
  • High proficiency in spoken and written German.
  • Experience in the entire sales life-cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Ability to create sales leads and find innovative ways to reach new brands/partners.
  • Background in growth marketing and/or affiliate marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation, verbal, and written.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to maintain relationships.
  • Experience in a target-focused environment.
