We are looking for an exceptional Driver Team Leader - Hygiene Operations to join our team at the phs Group. As a driver team leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding your team to achieve their regional goals and service levels.

Your primary responsibilities will include implementing ongoing training initiatives, taking ownership of the team's area, and resolving issues through continuous improvement initiatives. You will also support the recruitment of new drivers and conduct comprehensive induction training for new team members.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading a small team of drivers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high levels of performance and productivity. They must also be able to work effectively with various stakeholders, including managers, drivers, HR, L&D, and Health and Safety teams.
