Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our driver team in the hygiene services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of drivers, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of drivers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance driver skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000.
