The phs Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Driver Team Leader - Hygiene Operations. This position offers a unique opportunity for a talented professional to lead a team of drivers and contribute to the success of our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of colleagues to achieve their regional goals and service levels. As a bridge between frontline staff and depot management, you will ensure effective communication and implementation of company strategies and objectives.

A key aspect of this position is your ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including managers, drivers, HR, L&D, and Health and Safety teams. You will need to demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of performance and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have previous training/coaching experience, excellent service delivery and driving skills, and a full UK manual driving license. Additionally, they must be able to communicate and demonstrate health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate protective clothing.

This role requires a strong understanding of waste handling operations and customer service requirements. The successful candidate will need to meet the requirements of an enhanced DBS check and have vaccinations against Hepatitis B, tetanus/polio.
