Senior Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinician to join our SET CAMHS Eating Disorder Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our new Intensive Support Pathway, working closely with an 8A senior therapist, 8B Clinical lead and Team Manager to deliver care for young people with Eating Disorders and prevent TIER 4 admissions.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment, treatment and outcome measurement for young people with Eating Disorders
- Provide clinical supervision to staff and support clinical development within the Intensive Support Pathway
- Work alongside external agencies to support ongoing care provisions for young people
- Offer senior care reviews and reformulation of cases
- Postgraduate training in psychological practice (e.g. psychologist, or family therapist)
- Extensive experience of working with difficult, disturbed or challenging children/young people requiring skilled and complex interventions
- Experience of working therapeutically with parents/carers/families of children and young people in crisis with complex mental health problems
