Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and checks on third-party vendors and suppliers, identifying potential data privacy, cybersecurity, or financial health-related risks and determining their impact on the business.
  • Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and requirements governing the implementation of the TPRM Framework and policies, including those relating to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Oversee third-party performance and compliance against contractual obligations, including SLAs and controls, while tracking potential and ongoing third-party risks.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of third-party risk management strategies and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Collaborate with the legal teams to ensure that all vendor contracts include relevant information and narrative about risk and security clauses.
