Job Description:

This role is based at our site in Whiteley (Monday to Friday) with occasional out-of-hours calls. As a 2nd Line IT Service Desk Engineer, you will support a wide range of customers and utilise your technical skills to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level customer support and resolution services
  • Liaise with customers, third-party vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Manage work queues and prioritise tasks to meet SLAs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT service desk operations
  • Strong technical skills in Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking fundamentals
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
