We're seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead our team in securing planning permissions for various projects. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to shaping the future of Hampshire and driving economic growth in the region.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning process, including site inspections and planning permissions, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective planning strategies, taking into account local planning policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the wider planning team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with internal systems and local authority requirements.
  • Represent Hunter Dunning at planning and consultation meetings, showcasing our commitment to quality and innovation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in planning management, preferably within the local region.
  • Strong knowledge of planning processes and regulations, with experience addressing public forums.
  • Degree in Planning or Surveying or equivalent, with MRTPI, MRICS, or RIBA qualifications highly desirable.
What We Offer
  • Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE + mileage.
