Planning Team Member

As a Planning Team Member at Hunter Dunning, you will be responsible for securing planning permissions for various projects across the region. This involves taking ownership of the planning process from site inspection to receipt of planning permissions and reporting directly to the director.
- Create and manage planning applications, conditions, and appeal documents for local authority submissions.
- Conduct research on previous planning applications as necessary.
The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to represent the business at planning and consultation meetings. You will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date with local planning policies and strategies.

- Represent the business at planning and consultation meetings.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in addressing the general public and council officers.
- Knowledge of planning processes and associated regulations.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary ranging between £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
- 21 – 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Christmas shutdown allocation from annual leave.
