Residential Planning Specialist

Carrington West is seeking an accomplished Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning process for various projects, from initial site concept to securing planning permissions. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective planning strategies for diverse projects, including residential mixed-use developments and individual custom homes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Engage with stakeholders, including local authorities, residents, and developers, to address concerns and secure planning permissions.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as a Planner, with expertise in planning processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with planning software and tools, with proficiency in administrative tasks.
