Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Fabrication Sales Account Manager in the Redditch area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the fabrication sector.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned markets and accounts.
  • Client Engagement: Consult with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and recommend relevant fabrication services and products.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales within the fabrication or manufacturing sector, with a focus on account management.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards.
