Sales Account Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team at Pertemps Bond. This exciting opportunity will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
About the Role:
- Maintain contact with existing customer accounts and build valuable long-term relationships
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Process customer orders from receipt to dispatch, liaising with suppliers as necessary to ensure swift delivery and manage customer expectations
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, turning negative experiences into positives
- Utilize Microsoft applications, including Excel spreadsheets and formulas, ERP systems, and work to procedures to deliver excellent customer service
- Be eager to learn new skills and able to work effectively as part of a team or independently
What We Offer:
