SEN Teaching Assistant

- Build meaningful relationships with students, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and engaged in their learning journey.
- Promote independence and self-confidence in students, helping them navigate their educational experience while maintaining high behaviour standards.
- Assist in delivering dynamic and differentiated educational activities tailored to help each student reach their full potential.
- Provide essential support to the class teacher, ensuring daily classroom operations run smoothly and effectively.
- Adapt to changing school needs, assisting with various tasks and challenges as they arise.
- Support students in their cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural, and physical development, as well as their spiritual well-being, contributing to their overall growth.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4 or above) or equivalent.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Previous experience with SEN students is highly desirable, with a passion for working with children with SEMH and ASD.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle or reliable transport for commuting to rural areas.
