This fantastic SEN school caters for children aged 4-16 who have a variety of learning difficulties and complex Needs. As a SEN TA you will be getting involved in an interactive and practical curriculum in order to promote independence and improve social and learning development. This role is needed on a full time basis (Monday to Friday), term time only. We are looking for an outgoing and compassionate SEN TA to join a friendly and supportive team who will help you to reach your full potential. This setting is long standing in the community, Ofsted outstanding and is a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a resilient, committed and passionate individual who wants to make a difference.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups with pupils
- Providing feedback to teacher on students' progress and development
- Creating a secure and positive classroom environment
- Supervising and monitoring behaviour
- Following the individual learning plans set by the teacher
- Be able to build positive and appropriate relationships with students with SEN and teachers
- Have a passion for working with SEN children
- GCSE Maths and English
- Eligibility to work in the UK
