Education Support Specialist for Primary School Pupils

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing close attention and individualized support to pupils across various aspects of their learning, including during lunchtimes.
- Maintaining the safety and well-being of pupils while adhering to school procedures and ensuring a secure environment.
- Understanding the importance of fostering an inclusive atmosphere and high expectations on pupil behavior.
Requirements:
- A minimum GCSE or equivalent level, including at least a Grade 4 in English and Mathematics.
- Previous experience working with children, preferably primary school age, in a classroom or similar setting.
- A Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent Teaching Assistant qualification.
- A commitment to the Ad Warrior Education Trust's high standards of teaching, learning, and professional development.
This position comes with a competitive estimated salary of £24,000-£30,000 per annum, reflecting the requirements and challenges of the role.
