About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a member of our Learning Support department, you will play a key role in providing support for students with special educational needs (SEN) and other vulnerable learners.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and academic success. You will also be responsible for implementing strategies to support students with SEN, such as developing individualized plans and providing one-on-one support.
