Care and Support Professional

Hunterskill Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team in Norwich.
In this vital role, you will provide personalized care and support to vulnerable adults or children with learning disabilities and complex needs.
As a key member of our care team, you will receive comprehensive training, benefits, and a competitive salary of £10 - £10.50 per hour.

Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver care in service users' homes or community
- Assist with personal care, food preparation, and medication administration
- Help service users access local amenities and leisure opportunities
- Perform general housekeeping and provide companionship
- Complete other related tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS check and valid driver's license
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
