Job Summary:

This Care Assistant role involves supporting clients with personal care, medication management, and domestic duties, as well as providing companionship and emotional support. Responsibilities:
  • Assisting clients with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing.
  • Managing medications and administering treatment as required.
  • Preparing hot meals and assisting with domestic tasks.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.

Requirements:

  • A driving license and access to a vehicle for work.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to caring for others.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (£9 - £11 per hour). Enhanced bank holiday rate of £18 per hour (Christmas & New Year: £24).
