Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and maximise profit by adhering to company visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring products are merchandised correctly, and implementing layout changes. Identify creative and visual ideas for the store and take responsibility for product placement, leading from the front by handling products on a daily basis. Place newness from delivery and ensure best sellers and key pieces are easily accessible to customers.
  • Conduct daily floor walks, including windows, lighting, sales floor, and stockrooms, to identify areas of opportunity. Analyse commercial reports and make commercial decisions, delegating tasks to your dedicated team of senior sales and sales advisors.
  • Provide customers with ideas on how to wear products, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and competitor activity. Work alongside the field visual merchandising team to ensure high visual standards across the store, ensuring good size availability for customers.
  • Prioritise delivery commercially, ensuring new lines and replenishment of biggest-selling departments are sent to the sales floor quickly.
  • Work independently and have good leadership skills.
