Job Title: Head of Revenue Optimization

Salary: £100,000 - £140,000 per annum

About Maybourne

We are seeking an experienced revenue management professional to join our team as Head of Revenue Optimization. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profits through effective pricing and positioning strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates and occupancy levels.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  3. Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in revenue management, preferably within the luxury hotel industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud, Oracle R&A, Salesforce, OTA platforms, Cendyn, and Microsoft Office tools.
