About the Role

The Strategic HR Lead will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing strategic HR plans that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our organization's goals, policies, and procedures to provide informed HR guidance.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive HR training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop succession plans, identifying and nurturing talent within the organization.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in HR, preferably with experience in a similar leadership position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A solid understanding of employment law and best practices, including CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
