About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR & Training Manager to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd.

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide a strategic, professional HR service that fosters a positive work environment and ensures compliance with HR legislation and best practices.

You will be required to coordinate and document all mandatory training to ensure services meet all legal and supplier requirements for food hygiene, food safety, and health and safety.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment, selection and onboarding process
  • Conduct right to work checks
  • Ensure policies and practices are compliant with current HR legislation and industry standards
  • Promote equality and diversity as part of our culture
  • Deal with staff issues regarding performance or attendance in a legally compliant and professional way
  • Handle disciplinary or formal grievances in a professional and fair manner
  • Provide advice and support to the management team with regard to staff issues
  • Collaborate with department managers to support workforce planning and employee development aligned with business objectives
  • Coordinate the delivery of training programmes including Food Safety level 2, HACCP Level 2, Health and Safety level 2, First Aid at Work and Induction training
