As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing commercial support with all people matters, including providing high quality advice and guidance to stakeholders, reviewing and improving HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations casework, and overseeing recruitment and selection processes.

The position comes with a competitive salary of up to £38,000 and exciting opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on HR matters, fostering trust and understanding.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director to continually review and refine HR policies and procedures, driving excellence.
  • Take charge of HR projects and initiatives at the UK site, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
  • Handle employee relations casework with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring fairness and respect.
  • Be the primary point of contact for employees on any HR-related inquiries, delivering exceptional service.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, identifying and acquiring top talent.
  • Monitor and enhance employee performance, conducting regular appraisals and offering targeted coaching.
  • Prepare and present HR data, KPIs, and reports as necessary, informing key business decisions.
  • Engage actively in management meetings, sharing expertise and contributing to strategic discussions.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in a similar HR Advisor role.
  • Comfort with working independently, navigating a fully-site based environment with confidence.
