Role Description

The main outline of this role is to ensure the effective organisation and delivery of the NCFE Childcare Level 1 and Level 2 Diploma, with specific responsibility as Course Leader for Level 2. This includes delivering teaching programmes, ensuring compliance with current validation and exam board requirements, and keeping teaching staff informed of any changes.

The successful applicant will oversee the integration of literacy, numeracy, ILT (Information and Learning Technology), and Equal Opportunities within the curriculum, ensuring a well-rounded and inclusive educational experience.

About the Role
