About the Team

The Data Services Sales Performance team is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering programs to enhance our sales behaviors and reinforce a culture of high performance. About the Role

We seek an experienced Regional Sales Performance Manager to lead sales effectiveness initiatives for Data Services in the EMEA region. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes within the EMEA market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the quarterly 3C onboarding program for new starters in EMEA
  • Collaborate with local sales managers to coordinate, assist, and ensure high-quality execution of the 3C Sales Certification program
  • Deliver 3C Selling and additional ad-hoc salesperson development programs, including the 3C Velocity initiative focusing on demand generation and outreach
  • Manage internal relationships with EMEA leaders and managers to ensure feedback, prioritization, and impact assessment
  • Work closely with the Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams to promote adoption of sales enablement tools in the region
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to support training delivery and ensure alignment with local Data Services businesses

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and sales leadership roles
  • Understanding of various selling methodologies and ability to implement them in global sales organizations
  • Able to communicate 'value capture' as part of the sales process and navigate steps to achieve it
  • Proven ability to make a sales organization successful by developing the right skills, processes, and knowledge programs
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Passion for learning and people development, inspiring others to progress through promoting a growth mindset
  • Strong relationship-builder to ensure alignment with local Data Services businesses in the region
  • Proven team player with a matrixed structure and ability to work closely with the broader Sales Performance team
