Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team in the hospitality sector, covering Territory 4 (South England). As a key member of our Sky Business team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer acquisition in this region.



Key Responsibilities


  1. Team Leadership: Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the hospitality sector, focusing on cross-selling and upselling Sky products.
  3. Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers and prospects, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Sky products and services, including Sky Q, Sky Glass, and broadband offerings.
  5. Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.


Requirements


  • Proven sales leadership experience in the B2B sector, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, including cross-selling and upselling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and report on sales performance.
