We are seeking a Regional Business Manager - Aesthetics Leader to lead and develop a team of Account Managers in the South UK region. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving product usage, increasing sales, and taking market share by fostering and developing relationships with customers, suppliers, and other partners across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a regional business plan to drive sales growth and market share
* Provide excellent line management to the team, including performance, engagement, and development
* Partner with the Head of Corporate Accounts to identify, win, and execute on regional high-opportunity accounts
* Achieve or exceed sales and lead on KPIs for the region, including call targets and other Sales Force Excellence metrics
Requirements:
* Experienced Sales Manager with a proven record of developing new and existing markets and growth within a similar organization
* Strong management experience within Field Sales
* Goal and results-oriented with strong business, analytical, and commercial acumen related to sales levers, creation of value proposition, KPIs, and achieving targets
* Ability to cultivate, maintain, and build professional relationships with KOLs and clinic owners
* Skincare knowledge and experience of working within the Aesthetics sector would be ideal
